DMCA Policy

1) Overview

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), and specifically 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), Nubex Stream Player will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Nubex Stream Player application and/or any associated website (the “Service”) when properly reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

2) Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Service by submitting a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of a valid Notice, Nubex Stream Player may take appropriate action at its sole discretion, including removal or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

If you fail to comply with all requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your DMCA notice may not be valid.

3) Required Information

Your Notice must include all of the following:

• Identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or provide a representative list if multiple works are involved).
• Identify the infringing material or link and the exact location (including the URL, if applicable) to be disabled or removed.
• Your contact information: name, company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Include both statements below in the body of the Notice:
  • “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  • “I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
• Your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

4) Submit Your Notice
