1. Our Services
Nubex Stream Player is a cross-platform media player that can play local files and user-provided sources (for example, playlists or stream URLs). We do not host, sell, resell, broadcast, or provide channels, IPTV subscriptions, or copyrighted content.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). If you are under the age of majority, you may not use or register for the Services.
3. Intellectual Property
We own or license the software, design, user interface, logos, trademarks, and all other content and materials provided within the Services (collectively, “Nubex Materials”). Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services unless permitted by applicable law.

You may be able to add playlists, URLs, or other sources that are not owned or controlled by Nubex Stream Player. We do not review, endorse, or guarantee third-party content. If you choose to access third-party streams, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions.
7. Purchases and Payments
If we offer paid features, payments may be processed by third-party providers. Prices, taxes, and currencies will be shown before checkout. We may refuse or cancel transactions where we reasonably believe fraud or abuse is involved.
8. Subscriptions
If subscription plans are available, the plan details (duration, renewal behavior, trial terms, and price) will be displayed at purchase time. You can cancel according to the instructions in the app store or the subscription management page used for your purchase.
9. Software License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely as permitted by these Terms. This license does not allow resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the app.
10. Prohibited Activities
Without limitation, you agree you will not:
- Use the Services to access or distribute illegal streams or unauthorized copyrighted content.
- Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or licensing/activation mechanisms.
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools against the Services.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
- Use the Services in a way that interferes with others or the stability of the platform.
11. DMCA / Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our website (not third-party streams) infringes your copyright, you may contact us with a notice containing sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing material and your contact details.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NUBEX STREAM PLAYER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content/sources, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law, or if required to do so by legal process. You may stop using the Services at any time.
